Ink-Wash Metamorphosis Producer
Script in, one unbroken ink-wash transformation out — 水墨 on rice paper, with no cut anywhere in the film.
Turn a script, idea, or beat list into a finished Chinese ink-wash (水墨 / sumi-e) metamorphosis film: black ink on warm cream rice paper, ONE unbroken transformation that never cuts, reserve / negative space doing the drawing, a single cinnabar-red mark, closing on a struck calligraphy glyph. All image, video and music generation runs on Unsora (create_image nano-banana-pro, create_video seedance-2.0 at 720p, create_music mureka-7.5), as does any narration (create_voiceover); assembly and the mix are ffmpeg. Films over 15 seconds are built as a keyframe chain — each segment starts on the frame the previous one ended on — so the whole film reads as one continuous morph. Use whenever someone wants an ink-wash / ink-painting / sumi-e / shuimo / brush-and-ink animation, a koi-to-dragon or another humble→grand transformation film, an ensō or calligraphy-reveal video, wants one ink-wash shot's prompts, or asks why their ink-wash clip looks muddy, static, or like CGI-with-a-filter.
- Never cuts. Films longer than one generation are built as a keyframe chain — each segment starts on the exact frame the previous one ended on, so the concat join is invisible and the whole film reads as a single take.
- Keyframes land mid-morph, not on settled poses. That one structural choice is what stops a chained film pausing every ten seconds at every handoff.
- Reserve does the drawing (留白). The koi, the mist and the glow are unpainted paper, never white paint — named explicitly in every prompt, because the model will not do it on its own.
- Five shades of ink (墨分五色) in every stroke, flying-white on the fast ends, wet edges bleeding into the fibres. This is the language that stops it rendering a grey 3D creature with an ink texture.
- Exactly one cinnabar mark is the only colour in the entire film, at two or three named points. The whole monochrome frame is built to point at it.
- Lands on a struck calligraphy glyph, with the drum-and-gong hit placed by construction — it lives in that segment's native foley, so it arrives on the frame rather than being hoped for.
- Ships with a QC script that measures what you actually got: paper/ink/red share, the exposure swing, the motion arc, paper-warmth drift between keyframes, and every segment join — separating a visible cut from a boundary stall.
- Every clip renders at 720p, 16:9 / 9:16 / 1:1.

/ How it works
Brief in. Clip out.
The skill teaches your assistant the UGC workflow end to end — from clarifying the brief to calling Unsora and iterating in chat.
1
Pick the transformation and its glyph
Ink-wash needs a humble→grand arc that can gather into a circle and land on a character. Koi→dragon (鲤鱼跃龙门) is the tested archetype; seed→tree, spark→phoenix and pebble→mountain all work. The constraint is real, and the skill tells you at the front door if an idea can't curl into a ring.
2
Get a morph map and a plan, before spending anything
The script becomes an ordered chain of becomings — 'X becomes Y via the shared stroke Z'. You get a keyframe table and a segment table, the sheet plan, the runtime, and the credit cost. Nothing generates until you say go.
3
Build the keyframe chain and measure it
Reference sheets first, then K0…KN in order on nano-banana-pro, each seeded by the previous frame so the paper doesn't drift. Every keyframe is measured before a single video credit is spent — a keyframe costs a minute, a segment costs seven.
4
Generate the segments
Each segment runs on seedance-2.0 with image = the previous keyframe and lastImage = the next one. That is the whole trick: the film has no cuts because every segment already starts where the last one finished.
5
Score it, stitch it, verify the joins
A continuous mureka-7.5 bed under native brush-and-water foley, concatenated with ffmpeg, then every boundary is checked — the QC flags a visible cut (the chain broke) separately from a stall (the boundary was a settled pose).
6
Get the numbers, including the failures
You're told what the film measured, not that it looks great. A clip that reads muddy or motion-flat is a result you can act on — and the skill is honest that its measurements are proxies, and that 'looks like CGI with a filter' is a failure only your eye can catch.

Download the SKILL.md into your agent skills folder, or clone it from GitHub. Then connect Unsora so generation can run.
- Unsora MCP connected and authenticated, with credits for image, video and (optionally) music generation
- ffmpeg and ffprobe available locally, for concatenation, boundary repair and the mix
- python3 with numpy and Pillow for scripts/qc.py — scikit-learn is optional and improves colour-share accuracy
- The three reference files (style-dna.md, beat-mapping.md, pipeline.md) and scripts/qc.py installed alongside SKILL.md — the skill reads them at run time
- An agent runtime that can run shell commands: Claude, OpenClaw or Hermes Agent

Stop generating pretty ink paintings that don't transform.
Most AI ink-wash clips die one of three deaths: grey soup with no open paper, a lovely painting where nothing becomes anything, or a 3D creature with an ink texture mapped onto it. This skill treats the style as a specification rather than a vibe — it states measurable targets in the prompt, then measures what came back, and it builds long films as a keyframe chain so there is no cut anywhere. Install it, hand it a premise, and approve the plan before a single credit is spent.
