Terms & Conditions
last updated: March 8, 2026
Welcome to Unsora ("Unsora," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://tryunsora.com and our applications, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Unsora is a cloud-based platform that helps users process and enhance video and media content, including tools for editing, enhancement (e.g., upscaling/compression), AI generation, and optional publishing/scheduling to connected third-party platforms where available.
Some features of the Service may rely on third-party or upstream providers, including model providers, APIs, hosting providers, and related infrastructure. As a result, certain features, models, or outputs may be unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued from time to time.
Important: The Service is intended for use only with content you are authorized to use and modify (see Section 6).
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service, or have consent from a parent/guardian where permitted.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information when creating an account;
- maintain the security of your account credentials; and
- promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access at support@tryunsora.com.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, Credits, and Refunds
3.1. Plans
We may offer free and paid plans, including credit-based processing plans. Plan details, included credits, and feature availability may change from time to time and will be shown at checkout, in your account dashboard, or in the product interface.
Credit requirements for specific tasks, generations, models, or features may also increase or decrease from time to time based on product updates, model changes, upstream provider pricing, infrastructure costs, operational costs, availability constraints, or other business or technical factors. You are responsible for reviewing the currently displayed credit requirement before submitting a task.
The display of a feature, model, or generation option in the Service does not guarantee continued availability of that feature, model, or output type.
3.2. Billing and Payment Authorization
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate charges. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@tryunsora.com so we can help resolve the issue.
3.3. Refund Policy
For paid plans, we offer a 100% refund if you have used less than 20% of your monthly credits for the current billing period. If you have used 20% or more, refunds are not provided due to computing costs.
Consumed credits, used generations, partially processed tasks, and completed outputs are non-refundable except where required by law.
To request a refund, email support@tryunsora.com within 30 days of purchase and include your account email and reason for the request.
4. Third-Party Platforms, Models, and Integrations
The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (e.g., YouTube/Google, TikTok, Meta) to enable features such as scheduling/publishing content.
The Service may also rely on third-party or upstream model providers and APIs to provide certain AI features, including video generation features and access to specific models such as Seedance 2.0.
- You authorize us to access your connected accounts only to the extent you approve via the platform's authorization flow (e.g., OAuth).
- You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and guidelines of each connected platform and any third-party provider whose tools or outputs you use through the Service.
- We do not control third-party platforms, model providers, or upstream infrastructure and are not responsible for platform downtime, API changes, provider-side outages, model changes, access restrictions, queue times, pricing changes, degraded performance, or enforcement actions.
- Access to specific third-party models, including Seedance 2.0, is not guaranteed and may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, modified, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time for reasons outside our control.
- You can disconnect integrations at any time within the Service (where available) or revoke access from the platform's settings; once revoked, we will no longer be able to act on your behalf.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
Violate laws or third-party rights
- upload, process, publish, or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, or contractual restrictions);
- use the Service in a way that facilitates infringement or unlawful distribution of copyrighted content.
Use unauthorized content
- upload or process content you do not own and do not have permission/license to use or modify;
- remove, alter, obscure, or manipulate watermarks, logos, attribution marks, rights-management information, or branding when you are not authorized to do so, or misrepresent ownership or authorship.
Harmful or illegal content
- use the Service for illegal, exploitative, or harmful content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, content that promotes violence, or other prohibited content.
Security and abuse
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or bypass Service limitations;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
- use the Service in a way that abuses credits, shared infrastructure, upstream providers, or rate limits.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected violations of this section.
6. Your Content, Rights, and Permissions
6.1. Your Responsibility for Content
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload, process, generate from, modify, and publish any content you submit to the Service and to instruct us to act on your behalf (including publishing/scheduling to connected platforms).
6.2. License to Operate the Service
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or submitting content, you grant Unsora a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, modify (only as needed to perform processing you request), and transmit your content solely to:
- provide the Service features you request (e.g., processing, enhancement, generation, scheduling/publishing);
- maintain, secure, and improve Service performance; and
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except that limited copies may persist in backups for a reasonable period.
7. Copyright Complaints and Repeat Infringer Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.
If you believe content processed or published through the Service infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice to support@tryunsora.com with:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material and sufficient information to locate it;
- your contact information;
- a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable access to content and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Data Handling and Retention (Summary)
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. As a summary:
- uploaded media is typically deleted within 24 hours after processing (unless needed for scheduling/publishing you request or stored in your workspace);
- you can request account deletion at support@tryunsora.com; and
- for details, review our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property (Our Materials)
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by Unsora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately (with or without notice where permitted) if we believe:
- you violated these Terms or applicable law;
- your use creates risk for Unsora, other users, or third parties (including fraud, excessive chargebacks, IP infringement risk, or abuse of upstream systems);
- your account is associated with abuse or security threats; or
- continued provision of certain features or models is no longer feasible due to third-party or upstream provider limitations.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing support@tryunsora.com.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including payment obligations, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms).
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation of the Service or any specific feature, model, provider, integration, output type, turnaround time, or result.
Certain features, including video generation and access to specific models such as Seedance 2.0, depend on third-party or upstream providers. Access to Seedance 2.0 is not guaranteed and may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued at any time due to provider availability, policy changes, infrastructure issues, pricing changes, capacity constraints, or other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, APIs, model providers, networks, hosting providers, payment processors, or related infrastructure, including outages, delays, output changes, queue times, degraded performance, or feature unavailability.
We also do not guarantee that credit requirements for any specific task or feature will remain unchanged over time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Unsora and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unsora and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- your content or your use of the Service;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of law or third-party rights; or
- content you publish/schedule to third-party platforms through the Service.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Where required by law, or where we determine it appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
