6. processing and storage

• uploaded videos are temporarily stored for processing and deleted within 24 hours.
• you retain ownership of your videos.
• by uploading, you grant unsora a limited, temporary license to process your videos solely to deliver the service.

7. intellectual property

• all content, code, and trademarks on the unsora website are owned or licensed by unsora. you may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our permission.
• you retain ownership of your uploaded content; we claim no rights to your videos beyond temporary processing.

8. termination

we may suspend or terminate your account:

• for violating these terms;
• for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• or for any reason with notice.

you may terminate your account anytime via your dashboard or by emailing support@tryunsora.com.

10. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• our total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the past 3 months.
