# Remove subtitles

> Erase burned-in subtitles, captions or a watermark from a video up to 2 minutes long.

Erases burned-in text from a video up to 2 minutes long. Costs 1 credit per second, rounded up to the next 10 seconds (a 23-second video costs 30).

Pass a direct video file URL (such as `.mp4`); upload it with [Upload media](https://tryunsora.com/docs/api-reference/uploads/create.md) first if needed. Poll [Poll video status](https://tryunsora.com/docs/api-reference/video/poll-status.md) with the id in `videoIds`.
